Alpha Xinomavro Single Vineyard Hedgehog, Alpha Estate (Red wine)

To serve with: as a dry red is pairs good with all roasted meats, like a lamb, beef, chicken, or pork.
The wines of Santorini Island for a lot of years are a Holy drink for Greeks. Grown on volcanic soil they have a unique taste and thin flavor.
To serve with: any kind of seafood, vegetables and of course with cheese plates.
Malagousia Variety from famous Ktima Gerovassiliou
This wine has a rich citrusy flavor. Thus it has a unique creamy aroma because the wine rests in oak barrels.
The Gerovassiliou vineyard is well known and famous winemakers in Greece.

Vin Doux from Samos Island
Produced from a “nectar” Muscat grape variety this wine has a rich flower and intense notes.
To serve with: always cold, with the meat or cheese plates, or with fruits after dinner.
