As a woman with polish blood and raised in Greece, I was privileged to taste the best from both cuisines. With the sensitivity that my generation has for healthy habits and nutrition, I became an expert on selecting the best from the rich flora and fauna of each country, in combination with the secret recipes of the polish grandmother and the local food which I discovered by traveling all over Greece.
During my two year term in the Greek Embassy in Warsaw, I was pleasantly surprised by the revolution in the food industry chain. Suddenly, I saw the holy light and I decided to be committed to bringing the best from greek agriculture and poultry to my fellow polish patriots and vice versa. I am grateful for the support of both communities who gave me the opportunity to contribute in my own way.
